AJ Winter specialises in the sympathetic restoration, conservation & renovation of period and contemporary homes. Where appropriate, we are dedicated to the use of traditional building materials to help maintain a natural and healthy environment within the home.
Applying traditional building techniques and materials, alongside modern application processes, we aim to help preserve, restore and enhance our built environment by using environmentally-friendly alternatives to modern building products.
Our expertise lie in the use of breathable lime plasters and renders, brick and stone re-pointing, stone conservation and masonry, lime wash, breathable paints, and clay plasters.
We are, of course, also highly skilled at gypsum plastering, general building work and in helping to reverse inappropriate building works on period and listed properties.
